  1. This return policy applies only to software products purchased directly from PocketMac.com or eSellerate.net ('Product'). We are not responsible for processing returns or exchanges for Products purchased from other vendors.
  2. If you decide you don't like the Product ordered, simply cover the cost of return shipping. If the returned Product is received complete and undamaged, we will process a credit for the full amount paid for the returned item, less shipping. Simply let us know if you prefer to receive a replacement.
  3. Returns for refunds or exchanges must be made within ninety (90) days from the date of purchase.
  4. Your return should be sent to us by email at returns@pocketmac.net, or by mail to:

    Please include the following information to assist us in processing your refund or exchange request:

    1. your name
    2. order number
    3. order date
    4. payment method (name of the credit card you used to make your purchase)
    5. your billing address
    6. your daytime telephone number and email address
    7. the Product name and number and whether you prefer a refund or replacement
  5. You must destroy all copies of the Product and uninstall the Product from any computers owned or controlled by you, whether activated or not.
  6. Once your request has been reviewed, eSellerate.net will process the refund or send you a new Product. The amount of time it takes to process the request will vary. Your refund will be credited to the credit card charged during your original transaction, or other means to be arranged. Confirmation of the refund will be provided to you via e-mail. It is your responsibility to provide us with a valid email address for these purposes.

After I bought the PocketMac program I found out that my Motorola Q9 was not compatible with my mac and it could only work on a PC. So I e-mailed PocketMac and asked if I could get a refund and they said no problem. They were very nice about the refund and were very quick with getting back to me.

I bought the GoBetween for entourage 2008 and i couldn't get it to do what I needed it to do (perhaps it did, but I didn't want to spend the time figuring it out). I had recently used PayPal to purchase online TuneSync, a downloadable software title for my BlackBerry.
