Please allow me to express my gratitude for the exemplary service I received from Marcos regarding my MAC/Entourage sync with my new Curve Blackberry.  He was clear, precise, patient and professional.  Not only that, but his follow-up was fast and accurate.  Rarely have I encountered service of this caliber with any organization, particularly with IT issues.  No one could answer my questions about this tricky sync  – not Verizon and not Blackberry; so, I took a chance, paid by credit card, and signed up on line for an appointment.  It was the right decision. The phone appointment and follow-up was much more than I expected.  My Blackberry, complete with my transferred contacts, calendar, and tasks has made my hectic life easier.

Thank you for this service, and, most importantly, thank you for Marcos.

At long last, I finally succeeded a few minutes ago in reinstalling the sync
between my Blackberry 8900 and my Apple PowerBookG4 with the pleasant
assistance of Rayven.

When I acquired the 8900 in mid-2009, I successfully installed the Sync
Manger and it remained operative for about 5-6 weeks and then would not
sync. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling without luck and in the intervening
period was distracted by a number of events until yesterday when I arranged
an appointment through your support function.

I am very pleased indeed to now report that with Rayven's patient and clear
assistance my problem is now resolved. It took about 1 hour 34 minutes to
uninstall quite a few files/reinstall Pocketmac etc. When I first tried to
open the Sync ikon, it did not, which prompted Rayven to immediately direct
me to install itunes, which I had not done previously as I do not use it.

Once itunes was installed, the sync proceeded without hitch. My compliments
to your colleague, excellent phone skills complimented by strong technical
